Everyone needs yoga -- yes, you too!

Yoga is something I recommend to all of my clients, for its numerous benefits. Not only can yoga help all people become stronger and more flexible, but perhaps more important, it incorporates the mental component that many forms of fitness neglect. Once you learn to invite your mind along for your workout, whether doing yoga or another type of exercise, amazing things can happen.

Yoga also emphasizes the breath -- the very thing that keeps us going during a workout, but one thing that some people forget about completely!
